</div><div align="CENTER" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.5in;"> <b>ABSTRAK</b></div><div align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-indent: 0.5in;">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekspresi Heat Shock Protein 70 (HSP70) dalam ginjal <i>cranial </i>ikan mas pada perbedaan durasi paparan detergen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan eksplorasi laboratorium berdasarkan kajian molekuler. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan perlakuan detergen 0,05 mg/L pada beberapa durasi paparan yaitu: (A) 24 jam, (B) 48 jam, (C) 72 jam, (D) 96 jam dan kontrol (tanpa detergen). Pendeteksian HSP70 dalam jaringan ginjal <i>cranial</i> ikan mas dilakukan dengan metode imunohistokimia. Hasil Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa ekspresi HSP70 dalam jaringan ginjal <i>cranial</i> ikan mas pada masing-masing perlakuan paparan detergen nyata lebih tinggi (P<0,05) dari kontrol<span lang="sv-SE">. </span>Rerata nilai peningkatan ekspresi HSP70 dalam ginjal <i>cranial</i> ikan mas adalah: perlakuan A = 31,25 %sel, perlakuan B = 19,25 %sel, perlakuan C = 19,25 %sel, perlakuan D = 22,00 %sel. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa ekspresi HSP70 dalam ginjal <i>cranial</i> ikan mas dapat dikembangkan sebagai biomarker pencemaran detergen di lingkungan perairan.</div><div align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-indent: 0.5in;"> <br />

</div><div align="CENTER" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.5in;"> <b>ABSTRACT</b></div><div align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-indent: 0.5in;"><span style="color: black;">This research was aimed to know Heat Shock Protein 70 (HSP70) expression in cranial kidney of carp on difference of the detergent exposure duration. Method used in this research was experiment by laboratory exploration based on molecular study. Experiment design used was Completely Randomize Design (CRD) with control (without detergent) and treatments of 0.05 mg/L detergent in exposure duration were (A) 24 hours, (B) 48 hours, (C) 72 hours, and (D) 96 hours. Detection of HSP70 in cranial kidney tissue of carp was conducted by immunohistochemistry method. Result of t-Test showed that HSP70 expression in cranial kidney of carp in each treatment was higher significantly (P<0.05) than control. Average values of HSP70 expression increase were treatment A 31.25 %cells, treatment B 19.25 %cells, treatment C 19.25 %cells and treatment D 22.00 %cells. Hasil pengamatan pada jaringan ginjal <i>cranial</i> ikan mas menunjukkan bahwa organ ini terdiri dari jaringan interrenal, limfoid, tubulus dan glomerulus. The purpose of this research was to determine histology of cranial kidney of common carp (</span><span style="color: black;"><i>Cyprinus carpio</i></span><span style="color: black;"> L.), has been conducted in Laboratory of Biomedical and Laboratory of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Brawijaya; and Laboratory Anatomy Pathology of RSUD Dr. Syaiful Anwar, Malang, from September to October 2007. The common carp used was strain punten, which was taken away from BBI (Balai Benih Ikan) Punten. Result of observation on cranial kidney of common carp showed that it’s consisted of interrenal, lymphoid, tubules and glomerulus tissues. </div><div align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-indent: 0.5in;">Ekspresi protein stress seperti MAPKs (<i>mitogen-activated protein kinases</i>) pada ikan merupakan suatu mekanisme seluler yang dipicu oleh paparan stressor lingkungan. Kondisi stress kimiawi dan mekanis yang diakibatkan paparan stressor lingkungan dapat memicu ekspresi MAPKs yang berperan untuk mengontrol ketahanan dan adaptasi sel. <span lang="sv-SE">MAPKs berperan dalam regulasi iNOS (</span><span lang="sv-SE"><i>inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase</i></span><span lang="sv-SE">) yang berfungsi untuk memperbaiki kerusakan sel. </span>MAPKs merupakan enzim-enzim kompleks yang dapat menghubungkan epitop membran sel atau bagian-bagian sel yang mampu memicu respon seluler untuk pengaturan pada intraseluler. <span lang="sv-SE">Ekspresi MAPKs dalam regulasi iNOS merupakan respon stress seluler yang potensial dikembangkan sebagai biomarker molekuler untuk mendeteksi secara dini kondisi stress pada ikan dan biomonitoring pencemaran di lingkungan perairan. </span> </div><div align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-indent: 0.5in;"><br />

</div><div align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-indent: 0.5in;">Expression of stress protein like MAPKs (<i>mitogen-activated protein kinases</i>) in fish is a cellular mechanism that induced by contamination of environmental stressor. Condition of chemical and mechanical stress resulted by contamination of environmental stressor can induce expression of MAPKs that have a role to control immunity and adaptation of cells. <span lang="sv-SE">MAPKs in regulation of iNOS (</span><span lang="sv-SE"><i>inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase</i></span><span lang="sv-SE">) functioning to repair cells demage. MAPKs is complex enzyme which</span><span style="color: black;"> can connect epitop of cell membrane or parts of cell that capable to induce response cellular for intracellular regulation</span>.
